Studio Lellow partnered with the founder of Hayden to build the brand from the ground up: name, positioning, identity, and narrative. Hayden is the first universal child safety certification for hospitality and public spaces.
We created a system that feels both institutional and deeply human—anchored in science, driven by care, and designed to speak to both mothers and hotels alike. A new category born with clarity and cultural weight.
Alibaba.com — “Will Meets Way”
Sprint Type: Brand Campaign Production
Timeline: 6-8 weeks
Studio Lellow led the creative development and production of Alibaba’s first-ever U.S. brand campaign. From strategy to execution, we crafted three documentary-style films and over thirty portraits from people across the country spotlighting real small business owners—culminating in a major launch event in Las Vegas.
A full vision-to-creation sprint that galvanized platform loyalty, humanized the brand, and positioned Alibaba.com at the center of American entrepreneurship.
Foot Locker Basketball — Positioning a New Era

Studio Lellow developed the foundational positioning for Foot Locker Basketball’s relaunch—crafting a narrative platform to elevate its cultural authority in partnership with New Balance.
From “style meets sport” to grassroots storytelling, we created a framework for campaigns, brand activations, and athlete-driven content—bridging retail, performance, and youth culture in a bold new era for FLB.
